Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests are eligible only if submitted within 7 days of purchasing the course.
- After 7 days, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, please email our support team at support@skillmaster.com with your purchase details and reason for the refund.
- Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Any fees related to certification exams, third-party tools, or additional resources are non-refundable.
- Courses purchased at a discounted or promotional rate are not eligible for refunds.
Conditions
- Refunds will only be processed if the learner has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Refunds are not applicable if a learner has already downloaded or accessed any downloadable resources.
